How do I get a WSDC-ID?
You don’t apply for a WSDC-ID yourself.
Your WSDC-ID is created automatically the first time you earn WSDC points at a registered event.

This happens when:
* You make the final and
* You place in a position that earns points (depending on the event tier, not all finalists receive points).

Once the event uploads the results to WSDC, a new WSDC-ID is generated for you (if you didn’t have one already) and your points are attached to that ID.

You can then look up your WSDC-ID and points on the official WSDC website.

Tip: Always use the same name and spelling when you register for events so your points stay correctly linked.
